Social Media

  1. Buffer: Buffer is a simpler way to schedule posts and track the performance of your content on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Google+.
  2. IFTTT: a free web-based service to create chains of simple conditional statements, called applets. It’s a tool that gives you the ability to connect various, seemingly disparate, online applications together as one glorious interconnected whole. Basically, it’s a time saver for those who just needs actions done after doing one. FREE!!!!
  3. Mention: Mention is a social media and web monitoring tool. The media monitoring tool provides real-time alerts for a company’s keyword and allows users to monitor millions of sources in real time and in 42 languages.
  4. Stencil: Stencil is designed to help you create beautiful looking images faster than ever before. Even if you’ve never used an image editing program, you can pick Stencil up and use it in seconds!
  5. Boomerang: Boomerang lets you create engaging content with just one button. The tool shoots a burst of 10 photos and turns into a short mini-video that loops back and forth, GIF-style.
  6. Adobe Premiere Clip: Turn the clips you shoot with your Android or iOS device into videos that look and sound incredible. Then share them on your favorite social channels, or sync them to Adobe Creative Cloud to take them further in Premiere Pro CC.
  7. Planoly: Manage, plan, and schedule your Instagram posts from your computer and mobile phones. Can also post toy our feed or stories.

Event Management Tools

  1. Cvent: The Cvent platform automates and simplifies the planning process, saves you time and money, increases attendance, delights attendees, and gives you the analytics you need to prove and improve the value of your events.
  2. AllSeated: AllSeated is a free collaboration network for planning events that enables you to design floor plans, manage guest lists, and create seating charts.
  3. Social Tables: Social Tables is a web-based event planning platform for meeting and event planners.  Their simple-to-use software consolidates every part of your event planning process to provide you with a seamless way of coordinating and facilitating your next business function.  Some of its features include floor plan designing, seating chart creation, and guest list management.  It’s free to sign up and you’re able to try the free trial of the product for seven days.  Once your trial is over, you can choose one of their four pricing plans which range from $49 – $149/month (enterprise plans are case by case).
