- Assist in formulating idea and plans for annual fundraiser.

- How to get more than just NACE members in attendance.
- How to get more of our NACE members involved.
- Marketing - what can we do different?
- Asking vendors and personal/business contacts for asks; donated food, beverage, decor, linens, silent auction items, etc.
- Day of fundraiser management
- Help with any setup required
- Help with vendor arrivals
- Help secure program sponsors & speakers
- Brainstorm ideas for future meetings & themes
- Promote upcoming meetings on social media
- Assist with meeting setup & teardown
- Help attendees find their name badge at registration
- Welcome all meeting attendees with a smile
- Alphabetize name badges, and separate them between paid and unpaid categories at the registration desk
- Place {2} Drink tickets on each name badge
- Place pre-purchased raffle tickets on corresponding member's name badge
- Highlight raffle prizes & promote raffle ticket sales
- Reach out to local businesses for raffle prize donations
- Meet or chat with non-members & follow up to encourage joining NACE
- Promote National membership specials
- Engage with members & guests at meetings, making them feel welcome & involved
- Highlight benefits of being a NACE member & how to get involved
