Nicole Benvenutti

Nicole holds a Master of Science Degree in Hospitality Management and has had over 15 years of experience in the hospitality and event industry. As a Global Hospitality Trainer with Master Connection Associates, as well as the Owner and Lead Consultant with Fleur Consultants, she brings a unique and creative perspective to her work drawing from her extensive background in the performing arts, luxury retail, and high-end hospitality.

Her innovative approach to team training focuses on the what, why, and how of clients and products, ensuring a comprehensive understanding and dynamic execution in her sessions. 
Nicole's experience and work span coast to coast and around the globe, allowing her to stay at the forefront of industry trends and developments in the ever-changing dynamic world of service. She is a strong advocate for effective communication, adaptability, and a collaborative creative spirit. These principles underpin her ability to deliver exceptional and unparalleled experiences in every project she undertakes.

Nicole serves as the Chair of the National Education and Professional Development Committee and has won NACE's Wedding of the Year in 2021 & 2023.  Locally, she supports arts and music education in the Coachella Valley through the McCallum Theater, but, her most important title is Mom to two amazing boys.
